3. Open Space Inventory Update
Kate Dehais gave an update on the Open Space inventory. The subcommittee met to work on the
inventory. She suggested summarizing information on parcel sizes, zoning, building coverage,
etc. This information is tedious to collect, but she feels it is important to be consistent and
provide the same level of detail for all of the parcels. It was suggested that this information only
be collected for the larger parcels. The information needs to get to the Town and Village Boards
quickly to be useful. Another work session will be scheduled for a weekend.
4. Phase II Stormwater Regulations
Elizabeth Paul reviewed the Notice of Intent, which was circulated to members before the
meeting. Comments were submitted and will be incorporated into the next draft of the
document.
5. Old Business

A letter was mailed to Mayor Bialo from CZMC with comments on the Flint Park
proposal. CZMC is requesting involvement in the meeting, which will be held
tomorrow,February 26 h,to discuss the proposed renovations to Flint Park. The Chair
stated that all are welcome that wish to attend.
