Honeywell was on site Monday, May 5th to begin the renovations.
11.Rob Lunde and his staff have been working on removing all the glass, dasher
boards and sand from the arena.

Trust Fund.

REQUEST FROM MR. JOHN HULBERT:
Mr. John Hulbert from the Condors Swim Team has made a request for pool usage from
September 2nd to September 26th. Due to space issues and availability, the commission
unanimously denied this request.
HOMMOCKS PARK CAMP UPDATE:
There is more construction taking place in the back of the rink than we had expected.
This has created an issue with holding camp in the back section of the ice rink.
Honeywell has reached out to the school district to barter for additional space within the
Hommocks School. The school district has agreed to provide two additional large
classrooms for the first three weeks of camp only. This will mean that half way through
the camp we will need to re-locate back to the rink.
HOMMOCKS PARK ICE RINK UPDATE:
At this time, Honeywell is 2 weeks behind schedule. BBS hasn't fully submitted all the
plans as of yet. All the mechanicals and dasherboards have been removed. The front
men's and women's restrooms are being worked on by Rob and his staff.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the Commission, on a motion by
Commissioner Paonessa, seconded by Commissioner Plansky, the meeting adjourned
at 8:20 P.M.
