MEETING MINUTES
April 17, 2012

CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M. by Chairman Druker.
ACCEPTANCE OF MEETING MINUTES:
On a motion by Commissioner Paonessa, seconded by Commissioner Rainaldi, the
Meeting Minutes of March 13, 2012 were unanimously approved as submitted.
SUPERINTENDENT'S UPDATE:
Ms. Fisher reported the following:
1. A letter was sent to Ms. Bari Suman the Director of Athletics regarding the
current policy of providing (50) free hours of ice time for uses other than
physical education for an additional one year.
2. Registration for programs and camps started Saturday, March 17th. Many
spring programs are now underway.
3. Public skating sessions will be reduced as of May until we close on June 15th
4. The 2011 — 2012 Youth Hockey Revenue/Expense Comparison and Youth
Hockey survey results were reviewed.
5. All Camp Directors are returning for the 2012 camp season.
6. Capital One of Larchmont has agreed to fully sponsor our Movie in the Park
and Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home will be sponsoring one Concert.
7. The latest Facebook demographics were reviewed.
8. The 2011 Year End Financial Reports and Hommocks Ice Rink
Revenue/Expense Analysis were reviewed.
9. Memorial Park Attendants will be on duty as of Monday, April 30th
10.The Hommocks Pool was closed over the Spring Break for annual
maintenance.
11.Currently, we have 9 scholarship applications ready to be reviewed at the
May 8th meeting.

SUPERINTENDENT'S UPDATE CONTINUED:
12.There has been no new update to report from BBS Architects regarding the
rink renovation. Ms. Fisher will be requesting a presentation from them in the
near future.
13.Packets have gone out to five businesses interested in bidding on the Ice
Rink/Pool Concession. The deadline for submission is May 17, 2012.
14.Request for Proposals for work on the outdoor pools have be received but
were declined due to their prices. Soliciting was done a second time and 1
proposal was accepted at the price of$36,000.
15.Landtek visited the fields on April 13th to check on their work performed last
month.
16.Ardee Electrical has been awarded the electrical repair work at the
Hommocks Ice Rink parking lot. The four light heads will also be switched to
LED's to conserve energy.
17.Rob Lunde is still working on proposed rates and fees for the Ice Rink. He
will make a presentation at the May 8th meeting.
18.Jill met with Steve Altieri regarding use of the Town's e-mail blast system.
Mr. Altieri stated that he would like to keep this more for emergencies and
changes to any previous announcements.

There being no further business to come before the Commission, on a motion by
Commissioner Rainaldi, seconded by Commissioner Boyle, the meeting adjourned at
8:05 P.M.
