held September 6th, 1927
In the absence of Supervisor Burton, the meeting was
called to order by Justice Boyd at 2: 30 P. Y.
Present: Justices Boyd, Collins, Howell and Deeds
Assessors Maddock and ?Mulcahy
Town Clerk Sherman
The Clerk stated that the meeting was called, to order,
pursuant to Section 7 and 26, Chapter 232 of the Laws of 19048
together with Chapter 599 of the Laws of 1920,being a Joint meet-
ing of the Town Board and the Board of Assessors of the Town of
Mamaroneck to compile, select, ,make and verify the grand, and
trial jury lists for the year 1927.
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was
RESOLVED, that the call of the meeting
be approved.
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was
RESOLVED, that the Board of Assessors be
and they hereby are requested and direct-
ad to compile a tentative list for grand
and trial jurors the same to be submitted
to this Board for revision, correction or
addition, as the Town Board may see fit,
and that the same be presented at a Joint
meeting of the Town Board and the Board of
Assessors, subject to the call of the Clerk.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 2:4C P. m.
