ACCEPTANCE OF MEETING MINUTES:
On a motion by Chairman Druker, seconded by Commissioner Rainaldi, the Meeting
Minutes of October 1, 2019 were unanimously approved as amended.
CORRESPONDENCE:
1. An email was received from Mrs. Aine Santry regarding the current pool permit
requirements for participation on the summer Swim Team. Mrs. Santry is
questioning why the summer Swim Team participants are required to purchase a
full year permit when camp participants are not required to have a pool permit.
After discussions on this matter and the reasoning behind the permit
requirements, on a motion by Chairman Druker, seconded by Commissioner
Orans, the commission unanimously agreed to keep the current permit policy in
place that requires Swim Team members to have a valid pool permit.
Superintendent Fisher will formalize a response back to Mrs.Santry.

SUPERINTENDENT'S UPDATE CONTINUED:
CHANGE TO THE CURRENT POOL GUEST POLICY AND GUEST FEES:
The current guest policy for the Hommocks Pool is to allow one guest per card holder
during the summer season and up to four guests during the school year. Having two
different guest policies throughout the year has created issues that resulted in upset
pool patrons and permit holders.
We would like to amend this policy to allow up to two guests per card holder on a year-
round basis. After further discussion, on a motion by Chairman Druker, seconded by
Commissioner Plansky, the commission unanimously approved this request on a one-
year trial basis. All in favor.
The current guest fees for the Hommocks Pool are: Adult: $6/weekday and
$12/weekend; Youth: $3/weekday and $6/weekend. Having different guest fees for the
weekends and the weekdays has created confusion for the patrons. We would like to
amend this guest fee policy so that we are charging one fee for adults and one fee for
youth as follows: Adult: $10; Youth: $5. After reviewing past guest fee revenue, this
change would provide for a slight increase in guest fees collected. After a brief
discussion, the Commission unanimously agreed to adopt the new fee structure.

CHANGE TO THE CURRENT TENNIS GUEST FEES:
The current guest fees for Memorial Park are: Adult: $5/weekday and $7/weekend;
Youth: $4/weekday and $5/weekend. Having different guest fees on the weekends
versus the weekdays has been confusing to some permit holders. We would like to
amend this guest policy so that we are charging one fee for adults and one fee for youth
as follows: Adult: $7; Youth: $5. Since we will be using an average of the previous fees,
there will no financial impact. All in favor.
