held March 23rd, 1927 .
In the absence of Supervisor Burton, t Yes meeting
was called to order by Justice Collins at 9 :00 P. M.
PRESENT: Justices Collins, Howell, heeds ,
Town Clerk Sherman,
Counsellor Gamble.
Upon motion duly seconded, it was
RESOIVED , that Justice Collins act as
Chairman of the meeting.
The Chairman stated that the meeting had been duly
called pursuant to resolution of the Town Board of the Town
of Mamar onec k duly adverti sed, hav ing b een call ad to c onsider
the proposed reclassification of Myrtle Boulevard.
The Clerk read the notice of the meeting as published.
Upon motion duly seconded, it was
RESOLVED , that the call of the meeting
be approved.
The Chairman asked if there was anyone present who
- wiled to be heard either in favor of or in opposition to the
said reclassification. No one being present, upon motion duly
seconded, it was upon roilcall unanimously
RES01M, that the Zoning Map of the
unincorporated part of the Town of
Mamaroneck forming a part of and att-
ached to the Zoning Ordinanee of said
Town, approved June 21, 1922, be and
the same hereby is amended so as to
provide that all the land bounded by
A line running parallel with the west-
erly side of Chatsworth Aveme and
100 feet; west therefrom on the east,
and a line drawn parallel with the
first mentioned line and including
lot No. 10A in said Block on the west,
by the southerly side of Myrtle Boul-
evard on the north and by lands of the
New York, New Haven and Hartford Rail-
Road Company on the south, be and
hereby is reclassified a& zoned as
Anolassified.

The Town Clerk reported having _received an application
made by Mr. H. ni. Willims to reclassify certain property owned by
him on the s cu lh east comer of Iliad i s on Avenue and aWashingt on St .
The application was received , noted in the minutes,
ani placed on file.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 9 :45 P. IT.
