TOWN OF IWZARONECH
held
March 9th, 1927.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at ,11 :00 P. M.
PRESENT: Sup ervis or Burt on,
Justices Collins, Howell, leeds ,
Town Clerk Sherman.
The Tosai Clerk reported having received an application
made by the Hillside Holding Corporation to reclassify certain
property owned by said company on the south side of Myrtle
Boulevard west of Chatsworth Avenue.
After some discussion on the subject, Justice Collins
offered for adoption the following resolution:
RESOLVED , that a hearing be had upon
the application of the Hillside Hold-
ing Corporation for the reclassific-
ation of certain premises situated on
southerly side of Myrtle Boulevard
west of Chatsworth Avernus, in the
Town of Mamaroneck, and for that
purpose the 23rd day of March, 1927,
at 8 :30 o' clock P. M. at the office of
the Town Clerk be hereby designated
-- as the date for such hearing; and be
it further
RESOLVED , that the Town Clerk be and
he hereby is authorized and directed
to give and publish due notice of
such hearing.
Upon a vote being taken upon the foregoing resolution,
the same was declaxed unanimously adopted.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 11 :30 P. Ito.
