BOARD OF ASSESSORS
TOWN OF-MAMARONECK,

September 7th,1926.
In the absence of Supervisor Burton, the
meeting was called to order by Justice Boyd at 9 P,M,
PRESENT; Justices Boyd,Howell, Leeds
Assessors Murray,Maddook
Town Clerk Sherman.
The Clerk stated that the meeting kas called
pursuant to Section 7 and 26, Chapter 232 of the laws
of 1904, together with Chapter 599 of the laws of 1920,
being a joint meeting of the Town Board and the Board
of Assessors of the Town of Mamaroneck to compile,
select, make and verify the grand and trial jury lists
for theyear 1927.
Upon motion duly seconded, it was
RESOLVED, that the call of the meeting
be approved.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Assessors
be and they hereby are requested and
directed to compile a tentative list
of grand and trial jurors; the same
to be submitted to this Board for
revision, correction or addition, as
the Town Board may see fit, and that
the same be presented at a joint
meeting of the Town Board and the Board
of Assessors subject to the call of
the Clerk.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 9.20 P.M.
