STATED ZE TING Tharsday evening Jay 22, 1930. PRESENT: Chairman Rossbottom, Messrs;- Worth, Raynor, Cross and Smith. The minutes of Stated meetings held on Thursday evenings of larch 27th and April 24th, 1930 were upon motion approved and ordered filed as Number 4 and Number 5 of Volume 1 respectively. APPEALS FROM BUILDING CO:ZUSSION DECISION 14 - 1930. Building Commission # 1295. APPELLANT-Emma F. Dralle (owner) SUBJECT- Appeal f 14 - 1930. Building Commission # 1295. PREMISES AFFECTED-Application to erect a stone fence not more than 2-1/2' two and one half feet in height around property at # 10 on the north side of Homer avenue , within front and side line restrictions as des- cribed in Article 3, Section 2 of the Zoning Ordinance . 41 IE ARAN CES- For Applicant-Mr. T . R. Dralle and Mrs Emma F. Dralle . For Oposition- None. ACTION OF BOARD- Application granted . THE VOTE- Affirmative-Chairman Rossbottom, ':essrs ; - forth, Raynor, Cross and Smith. Negative- None. THE RESOLUTION- '.7hereas Emma F. Dralle filed an application under the Zoning Ordinance to erect a stone fence not more than two and one- half feet in heighth aro -end property at number 10 on the north side of Homer Avenue within front, side and real line restrictions as described in Article .3 Section 2 of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to permainent structures and Vhereas said appellant did furnish this Board with satisfactory evidence that sc.ould such stone fence be erected it would in no way interfere with the rights or privaleges of adjoining property owners it is therefor RESOLVED: That the application of Emma F. Dralle be and hereby is granted and the decision of the Building Commission reversed. 15 - 1930. Building Commission f 1383. AJPELLANT-R. L. Durrell ( owner) SUBJECT- Appeal f 15 - 1930. Building Commission 4 138.3. PREMISES AFFECTED-Application to erect a fence on property at number 12 on the north side of Homer Avenue , said fence to be mf a temporary nature affording a safe place for a play-yard for children of owner, within side and rear line restrictions as described in Article 3 Section 2 of the Zoning Ordinance . 411EARANCES- For AL plicant-Jr. R. L. Durrell. For Opposition- None. ACTION OF BOARD- application granted . THE VOTE- Affirmative-Chairman Rossbottom, ::essrs-Worth, Raynor, Cross and Cmith. Negative- None. Sheet ? 2. MINUTES No. 7. Vol. 1. THE RESOLUTION- Whereas R. L. Durrell filed an application under the Zoning Ordinance to erect a fence on property at number 12 on the north side of Homer Avente , said fence to be of a temporary nature affording a safe play-yard for children of the owner, within side and read line restrictions for structures as described in Article 3 Section 2 of the Zoning Ordinance and Whereas- said appellant did furnish this Board with satisfactory evidence that should such fence be erected it would in no way interfere with the rights or privileges of adjoining property owners it is therefor RESOLVED-that the application of R. L. Durrell be and hereby is a; proved and granted and the dedision of the Building Commission reversed. 40008 / Clerk.
