The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton at
11:10 P. Y.
Present; Supervisor Burton
Justices Boyd , Leeds and lessersmith
Town Clerk Karvin
The presence was also noted of Counselor Gamble.
The Clerk presented the minutes of the _meetings of
June 3rd, 9th, 11th, 18th, 24th and 26th which were ordered approved
as printed.
The report of the Town Clerk for the month of June was
ordered received and placed on file.

A communication/ received from Counselor Gamble reporting
on the application of Bruno Amato on behalf of Giuseppe Ciancia.,
owner of property shown on the assessment map as Lots Nos. 8, 9 and
10, Block 79, Section 8, for a cancellation of a sale of taxes and
the additional interest thereon:
Counselor Gamble recommended the denial of the claim.
Upon motion by Justice Yessersmith, seconded by Justice
Boyd, it wa-s upon roll call unanimously
RESOIR7D, that on the recommendation of Counsel,
the reouest of Bruno Amato on behalf of Giuseppe
Ciancia for an adjustment of taxes be and it here-
by is denied.
Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board unanimously
resolved to adjourn at 11 :15 P. K.
