Call to order: 8:30
Present : Messrs : Weeden, Emanuelson, Yahia, Leddy, Lowy, Zappala
Mines : Vincent, Johnson
Absent: Heiwig, Munzer
Weeden-Emanuelson: Coordinator: still in school budget. Weeden
will send letter. Copy will go to Ned Ames at Ford.
Adult Ed building may be available
Magid-Otter Creek: no news
Saxon Woods: Marks and Zelnick: will contact as soon
as possible
Leddy for Heiwig: Premium: Town now owns: 0310? - in rem pro-
ceedings) Referendum to be proposed next week to -Town
Council for rest of property "~
Lowy: Village Larchmont moving to condemn 2 acres for
ball field. Is trying to reach Mr. Mann to keep informed
on progress.
Clean-up waiting for rest of acquisition - will need
notice
Sid Bahrt show: will need public relations
Jonas - Soil and Water: will call after acquisition
Leddy: Beautification: no news yet
Planting at schools: in progress. at Central and Mamaro-
neck Avenue
Vincent : Ritacco - East Creek : Flynn: Letter to all firms -
Owner of Ritacco : Yr. Abe Adler, Mitchell Oil, Mamaroneck

Emanuelson: Randall property: pond: meeting April 23 - several
other families - Cliff and Tom_will meet with group.
Our position: Mr. Vallino 's responsibility(builder)-
if we fill in, we will make Town nursery
Weeden: County wildlife area: Mrs. Philip, White Plains
Leddy: Scouts : George Straub, nursery (credit for rank advance-
ment) will build and maintain: Cliff, possible tie-in
with Randall.
Pump House: Dillon Park: poss. for toilet facilities :
would need new roof- Weeden: belongs to Recreation
Request from Helwig: possibly 4th Thursday? for meeting
night. •
Emanuelson: Seawall: Cliff recommends some changes so.large rock
will hold smaller rocks in place and provide seat
Float : we should ask to have it removed if we can't use
it. Owner live on Hommocks Point. Zappala:
Zappala: Class guidelines: possible Hommocks uses: would like
guidelines so classes will not damage marsh.- Also
would lige geology specimens in seawall, also zones
Emanuelson: Delivered rough draft of Hommocks Walk Book
Johnson: Aides : would like to turn over training next year to
Coordinator or ( if no coordinator) to PTA-
Discussion : Nancy Sterbenz proposed summer class pro-
grgm: Weeden will turn over to Recreation
Powell and Florence Cemeteries : 6th grade at Central
