R. Gunsalus - Planning & Zoning Board ,, December 16, 1974 :) Mr. Tom Amlicke, Chairman Town of Mamaroneck Conservation Advisory Board ) 1974 has been a year of progress in terms of expanding the scope of the C.A.C. 's advisory capacity in the Town of Mamaroneck and Village of Larchmont Planning and Zoning Board. 1. Town of Mamaroneck - Planning & Zoning Board A close tie has been established and maintained during 1974. Good communications exist with the C.A.C. being advised of all meetings and proposed agenda. Note: Due to limited amount of open land available the Board meets only two - three times a year. It will be the expectation to continue this program through 1975. © 2. Village of Larchmont - Planning & Zoning Board 1974 saw the first attempt at coordination between C.A.C. and these Boards. Progress has been made and should continue into 1975. These two Boards should be the most important to C.A.C. in the next few years due primarily to the Larchmont Reservoir Property, the Larchmont Nursery Property and a few other pieces of open land. It is felt that an even stronger relationship between C.A.C. and these Boards should and can be fostered in 1975. !N f ' 'cam ,:1.„, A t4.4 J. R.
