held :September 2nd, 1930.
in the absence of the Supervisor the meeting was
cared to order by Justice Boyd at 4:10 P. Y,
Present : Justices Boyd, Collins and Leeds

e-I The Clerk stated that the meeting was called to order
pursuant to section 7 and 26 , Chapter 232 of the Laws of 1904, V
getter with Chapter 590 of the Laws of 1020 as amended, being
a joint ,meeting of the Town Board and the Board of Assessors of
the Town of Hamoroneck to compilep sleet, make and verify the
grand and trial ,fury lists for the year 101.
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was �
RESOLVED, that the call of the meeting
be approved.
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was
RESOLVED, that the Board of Assessors be
and they hereby are requested and directed
to compile a tentative list for grand and
trial jurors , the same to be submitted to
this Board for revision, correction and
addition, as the Town Board may see fit,
and that the sane be presented at a joint
meeting of the Town Board and the Board of
Assessors on September 24th, 1930 at 2 P.Y.
The Board of Assessors thereupon adjourned and?mmbers
of the Torsi Board met together as ^a, Town Board.
The Clerk presented a letter from Franklin Brooks ,
La.rchmont, in regard to one of the members of the Board and upon
motion, duly fade and seconded, the letter i':`as weferred to the
Supe riris or.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned at 4 .15 P. 0
