The meeting vas called to order by Supervisor Burton at 10:45 P. Y. Present : Supervisor Burton, Justices Collins and Yessersmith Town Clerk Marvin Upon motion duly seconded, it was voted to dispense with the reading of the minutes of meetings not yet approved. Supervisor Burton said the residents of the section of the Town, around the Lavchmont Station, had requested that the garbage be collected daily instead of every other day because of the large number of apartment houses and stores in that section and added that he thought the request a Just and proper one. Upon motion by Justice Yessersmith seconded by Justice Collins , it was upon roll call unanimously RESOLVED, that the garbage contractor for Garbage District No. 1, be and he hereby is authorized and directed to make daily collections of garbage , waste , etc. , in the apartment house and business areas of the district, effective as of July !at, 193C at an extra compensation of -"100.00 per month; and that Counsel be and he hereby is authorized and directed to amend the contract now in force. Justice Yessersmith informed the Board that he had received a letter from Charles W. Long, attorney for Hargapet Yarlinc in reference to the paternity case which the Word had discussed st a previous meeting and said he would keep the Board informed of any future developments. Mrs. Annie L. Florence , owner of property on the Boston Post Road, Larchmont, appeared before the Board regarding a request for re-zoning her property*. Upon notion by Justice heesersmith seconded by Justice. Collins , it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed to advertise for a public hearing on the re-zoning of the property of Mrs. Annie L. Florence , said hearing to be held September 17 , at 8 :30 P. H. , upon receipt frcm the Building Commission of her formal application for saifzoninE. Justice Messersmith presented the question of clearing the title to certain lands under vater in the Mamaroneck Harbor.
