held August 19th, 1930.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 5:30 P. ET.
Present; Supervisor Burton
Justices Boyd, Collins and Leeds
Town Clerk Marvin
The Clerk reported that the meeting had been called
pursuant to the Dr07iSiOnS of Article 66 of the Election Law for
the purpose of designating the places for mgistering and voting.
After discussion, it was upon motion by the Clerk
seconded by justice Leeds, unanimously
RESOLVED, that in accordance with the provisions
of Article 66 of the Election Lau , being Chapter
17 of the Consolidated Laws of the State of New
York as amended, the Town Board of the Town of
Mamarcheck hereby designates the following places
in each election district in the Town at which
meetings for the registration of voters and the
electiors and primaries shall be held in the year
following the ensuing first day of October-

Justice Leeds presented a satisfaction in the amount of
08.25 from the Grand Union Company , arising from an accident in
which a truck owned by said Grand. Union Company and the Ton of
Mamaroneck Police motorcycle were involved, this satisfaction being
for full payment of damages sustained by the motorcycle.
Upon motion by Justice Leeds seconded by the Clerk, it was
unanimously
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be and he hereby
is authorized and directed to sign said satis-
faction, that the Town Board accept the same ,
that it be filed with the Clerk and that upon
remittance of the 'amount of 068.25 to the Clerks
the latter forward the satisfaction as signed-
to the Grand. Union Company.
Justice Leeds on behalf of the Weaver Street 'Fire Company
_. requested the approval of the Town Board for sending the Seagrave
Pumper to Nyack for the annual convention of the Yew York State
Volunteer Firemen 's Association, the pumper to be properly insured.
Upon motion by Justice Leeds , seconded by Justice Collins

RESOLVED, that this Board grant permission to
the Weaver Street. Fire Company2. upon the receipt '.
of a written application, to take the Seagrave '.
Pumper to Nyack for the New York State Volunteer
Firemen 's Convention, on the condition that the
Dumper be at all times in the charge of the Captain
of the Company and that the Fire Committee be auth=
orized and directed to secure necessary insurance
coverage on the apparatus and equipment from the
time of leaving headquarters to its return and
re-entry into commission.
Supervisor Burton said he deemed it advisable that he
attend the hearing on August 20th in New York City in regard to the
reduction of service on the New York Westchester and Boston Railroad.
Upon motion by the Clerk seconded by Justice Collins ,
Lt was upon roll call unanimously
RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to attend the hearing in
Diesi York City on August 20th in regard to the red-
uction of service in the New York Westchester and
Boston Railroad and that his empense be made
proper town charge.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned
at 6 ;20 P. M.
