The Clark Presented a letter from Gerardo D. Olveiro
of 168 Lyrtis A7erup , Lorchmont, applying for for a license for a

Thr matter was referred to the Building Commission for
investigetion and. pports

Justice Leeds reported orally that Captain trey hod
informed him that the Fire CoinCany had bought a ne- supply of gas
masks as an emergency measure when an inspector for the Board of
RATE Unler7niters had condemned the masks than in use Judge Leeds
asked that this emnrzency stet be sporcved by thF Board and upoel

Justice Leeds presented a proposal bv Andrew Mon hang
c/c Cocitel Restaurant, Xamaroneck, offering for the sum of 190. 00
to repair the roof of th.e Tex-sT Street Fire House. justice Leeds
said the roof needed ren-ir at once and declared he thc7ZIat MrT,

visor said, he suggested thpt the Town Board meet as a committee
of the whole with Counselor gamble and Superintendent Coles. in
order to discuss the matter thoroughly.
Upon motion, duly made 9nd seconded, the motion to
