CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENTS TO SERVICE BUSINESS DISTRICT ZONE
The Board had questions about requiring companies to wash cars inside a
fully enclosed structure and felt that such a limitation would force
companies to go out of business. The Board agreed that outside sales
should be eliminated and was split 3-2 about washing cars outside. Mr.
Silverberg will draft a memo to the Town Board encompassing everyone's
view.
