held October 2nd, 1929.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 9 P. Mr.
Present. Supervisor Burton
Justices Boyd, Collins , Hov:ell and Leeds
Town Clerk Sherman
Counsellor Gamble
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was
VOTED, to dispense with the reading of the
minutes of meetings not yet approved, -the
Clerk voting in the negative upon the
adcyotion of the resolution,
A representative of the Larchraont Sports Club appeased
before the Board and requested the use of the ',Weaver Street Fire
House auditorium for the purpose of conducting an entertainment
on October 25th.
Upon motion,_ duly seconded, it -was

RESOLVED, that the request of the LarcImiont
- Sports Club for permission to use the audit-
orium of the ',Deaver Street Fire House on the
evening of October 25th, be and the same here-
-- by is approved.
The delegation requesting the creation of the nea Fire
Company, were present at the Board meeting and awaited the report
of Counsel upon the subject.
Counsel submitted an oral report of the entire situation
and stated among other things the legal side of the question and
after discussion of his report with the members of the delegation,
it was suggested that a committee from the delegation together with
a committee of this Town Board, meet and confer for the purpose of
satisfactorily arranging a plan to be presented to the Town Board..
The Supervisor requested the Clerk and Counsel to meet
with said committee of the delegation..
The Board took up for consideration the application of
T.. Perciasepe for the erection of a gasoline station on his prop-
erty at Fifth Avenue , which application had_ heretofore been laid
over by this Board.

After consideration and discussion, upon motion, duly
seconded, i t :,,ras
RESOLVED, that the Tovra Board of the Town of
11a.maroneck, acting as a Board of Appeals and
as a Town Board, does hereby grant the follow-
ing application from the decision of the Build-
ing Ccranission, v7hich decision is hereby reversed
and does hereby consent to the granting of the
follovring application, subject to the specific
conditions and safeguards therein stated:
Application of T. Perciasepe for the erection of a gas
station on the east side of Fifth Avenue and Valley Place within
a B residential District, provided however, that no pumps be per-
witted to be erected -vs,i-'hin less than 12 feet from his front proper-
ty li.ne.-
The Clerk reported the receipt of a _petition and
mandamus order of Frederick P. Boehm against the Building Com-
mission and Building Inspector.
The same ivaa ordered received, noted in the minutes and
referred to Counsel for his attention.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 10 P. T'.
