K' _resent ; SuDervisor Burton justices Howell and Leeds Town Clerk Sherman Upon motion, duly seconded, it was voted to dispense with the reading of the minutes of meetings not yet aDprovel, It. K. F. Hatze! tagethyr wiih a delegation appeared before the Board and presented a petition signed by various taxpayers and residents calling attention to conditions prevailing in a dwelling coned and occupied by Mcholas Condos located an the east side of hurray Avenue , stating that the same is being' occupied contrary to zoning ordinances and health regulation. A communication from hr. 0 W Barnes was also received II and read relating to the same subject. The petition together with the communication were orderid received and placed on file , and after a full discussion of the entire situation, the matter was referred to the Supervis=, Counsel an? Health Officer to take any and all action necessary in the premises to have the conditions complained of, remedied. Hr. Steen apDsared before the Board in behalf of the application of Urs . Florence for the Erection of a building on the south side of the Boston Post Road, 2his matter was referred to the ClErh to arrange a conference with Yr. Steen and a representative of the County Engineer 's office , to determine the takings in the Boston lost Road Highway improvement, in Order to ascertain the required set-back for the construction of the proposed building, Mr. Perciase2e again appeared before the Board in relation to his application heretofore ME& The matter was laid over pending the receipt of the report thereon from the Supervisor.
