Boston Post Rd., Mamaroneck, NY. Members Present: Others Present: Doris Shaw Block, Chair Abby Katz,Town Board Member Donald Sutherland Stephen V. Altieri,Town Administrator Steven Bartell Lt. Paul Creazzo,Town of Mamaroneck Police Department Camille Odierna Linnet Tse 1. No Parking Here to Corner on Howell Avenue at Weaver Street. Mr. Robert Herbert appeared in opposition to the proposal. He indicated that there appeared to be no need for the restriction because there are rarely cars parked in this location. Mr. Mitch Green appeared in support of the proposal to increase safety at the intersection. Mr. Green submitted letters of support for the proposal. Members of the Traffic Committee spoke in regard to the issue and there seemed to be a unanimous opinion that there was not a problem. Recommendation of the Traffic Committee is that no further action be taken at this time. 2. Intersection of Boulder Brae and Fenimore Road. The recommendation of the Town of Mamaroneck Police Department is to change the signage on the southbound side of Fenimore Road indicating that motorists are approaching a hidden intersection. Increase the size of the sign. The Traffic Committee accepted the recommendation. The Highway Department is to be directed to install the signage. Notify Mr. Block of the decision. 3. Other Items. a) Investigate establishing a no parking zone on the northbound side of Palmer Avenue between the entrance to Central School towards Weaver Street. To be placed on next agenda. b) Parking Survey — Washington Square. Steve Bartell to send Town Administrator Altieri a final draft of the Survey. c) Next Agenda— Baldwin Avenue
