A regular meeting of the Town of Mamaroneck Traffic Committee was held on Monday, November 16, 2015,at 8:00PM at The
Town Center Courtroom 40 W. Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543.

Review of Minutes of November 16, 2015.
OLD BUSINESS
1. Correspondence — Michael Fitzsimmons. Intersection Murray Avenue & Myrtle Boulevard. Decision of the
Traffic Committee is to install signage on Murray Avenue at the intersection with Myrtle Boulevard stating —
"Right Turn on Red Permitted after Full Stop."
2. Correspondence — Ann Katzenstein. Commuter Parking at Echo Lane and Hillside Road. Decision of the
Committee — based upon recommendation of the Town of Mamaroneck Police Department is signage stating,
"No Parking Monday—Friday 8:00AM—9:00AM".
South Side of Hillside Road "No Parking Monday—Friday 2:00PM—3:00PM".
Echo Lane from Hillside Road to Lookout Circle—"East Side—No Parking Monday—Friday 8:00AM -9:00AM".
West Side "No Parking Monday—Friday 2:00PM—3:00PM".
Send to Town Board on February 3, 2016 to set a public hearing.
Put on next Traffic Committee Meeting agenda—"Parking Here to Corner at Echo Lane & Hillside Road".
3. Truck Traffic—East Hickory Grove Drive. The Town Administrator reported that the Village of Mamaroneck has
agreed to convert that section of Center Avenue between Rockland Avenue and Concord Avenue to two way
traffic to turn around trucks.
Decision of the Traffic Committee—Truck Traffic on East Hickory Grove Drive. No Trucks over 11 tons. Myrtle
Boulevard—Weaver Street to Lakeside Drive. No trucks over 11 tons.
Decision of the Traffic Committee—Stop Sign at Rocky Road & East Hickory Grove Drive. The Traffic Committee
decided not to install a stop sign since its purpose would be to slow down traffic.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Correspondence — Linda Ruggiero — Parking at 240 Boston Post Road. Decision of the Traffic Committee —
Establish 3 hour parking 8:00AM—5:00PM. Monday— Friday.
2. Correspondence —Jackie Friedman —Traffic on Country Lane. Decision of the Traffic Committee. The Traffic
Committee indicated that there is very little traffic exiting Country Lane onto Country Road, therefore no action
is to be taken.
