JANUARY 26, 1937 In the auditorium of the Weaver Street Firehouse, Larchmont, I4. Y. The meeting was called to order by Supervisor McCulloch at 8:20 P. M. Present: Supervisor McCulloch Councilmen Bates, Brennan, Griffin The presence was also noted of Town Clerk Marvin, Town Attorney Delius, Building Inspector Cowham and Victor H. Stempf, Police Commissioner. The Supervisor stated that the meeting was called pursuant to Section 130 of the Town Law to consider the enactment of certain Ordinances for the Town of _Mamaroneck outside of the incorporated villages, in accordance with notice duly given as re- quired by law. The Town Clerk thereupon read the notice and presented affidavits of publication which were ordered received and placed on file. The Supervisor inquired if there was any one present who desired to address the Board on the subject of the pro- posed Ordinances. Mr. Bernard LeVino of 385 Weaver Street inquired concerning the provisions of Article 19 relating to Signs and Sign Boards. The Town Attorney replied that the provisions of Article 19 are substantially the same as those found in the present Building Code or Ordinances. -Phe Supervisor inquired if there was any other person present who desired to address the Board in connection with the pro=posed Ordinances. No one indicated a desire to speak. At 8:30 P. E. the Supervisor declared the hearing adjourned. Town Clerk
