CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 8:02P.M.
Present: Edward Jacobson,Joseph Shein, Ken Ricci, Diane Blum, Diane Neff arrived late
1. 1299 Palmer Avenue Canopy
Dan Burke from Fabric Concepts the applicant's contractor addressed the Board to put a new fabric
cover on the existing frame. The only change is the color from green to brown. The frame will be
removed and repaired the interior ribs will be painted brown.
The brass columns will remain.
The Board discussed the color choice, stating the brown color works with the color of the building better
than the green canopy.
Ken Ricci stated he would have liked a slightly redder brown.
Mr. Burke stated the building management chose the color.
Motion: To approve the color of the canopy as presented
Action: Approved
Moved by Joseph Shein, seconded by Diane Blum
