CALLED TO ORDER 7:45P.M.
Approval of Minutes: The minutes were postponed.

Dan Burke of Fabric Concepts showed the concept of the sign lettering is 9 inches in overall height on
the canopy valance.
The Board discussed the lettering and color. They had no problem with the color black but wanted a
more detailed graffic's presentation. Mr. Burke stated that the owner like the sign design.
Mr.Jacobson stated the Boards role is to review the plan and impose some standards regarding
signage. He further stated this application is poorly done the lettering seems to close.
Mr. Ricci stated this is not a professional submission.
Mr. Burke stated the building itself is remaining the same, the only worked planned is painting,
carpeting, and changing the bar.
Mr.Jacobson voiced concerns regarding handicapped accessibility, and asked Ms. Brill to check with the
building inspector.
The Board discussed the option of putting up the awning and placing the lettering at a later time
Motion: To approve the black awning resurfacing on the original frame with no lettering.
Action: Unanimously approved
Moved by Diane Neff, seconded by Ed Jacobson
The matter was adjourned to the next meeting date.
