At the Town Offices, 158 VVest Boston Post Road, :iamaroneck, N. Y.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor McCulloch
at 3: 00 P. M.
Present: Supervisor McCulloch
Councilmen Bates, Griffin, Mandeville, Meginniss
Absent: "More
The presence was also noted of Town Clerk Payne, Town
Attorney Delius, Town Engineer Foote and the following representa-
tives of IVir. Morris H. Petigor- Mr. Edward Petigor, Mr. Gustave N?.
Iser, architect, Mr. Gilleran, attorney, and Mr. Arthur Dunn, Jr. ,
real estate broker.
Town Engineer Foote reported the estimated cost for the
proposed road and sewer construction at the Petigor property, as

ollows.
Estimated cost for sewer construction within the
unincorporated area - materials - $3,000; ;v. P. A. labor -
Ill 500.
Estimated cost for the road construction within the
uninoorporated area - materials - $ -,500; cv. P. A. labor
75,500.
Estimated cost for the road construction within the
Village of Yamaroneck - materials - �@,400; If% P. A. labor -
5,600.
After a lengthy discussion with the representatives of
i'rif. Petigor, the Board went into executive session and finally
agreed that Town. Engineer Foote be instructed. to draw up a W. P. A.
project for the construction and surfacing of a road to be built
between and connecting with Palmer Avenue and the Boston Post Road,
the width to be 40 feet and to include curbs.
The Supervisor advised the representatives of Mr. Petigor
that the Board would agree tc file this N. P. A. project,
providing they had the assurance from Mr. Petigor that he would
pay for the materials for the construction of the 12-inch sewer
lire which will extend along the new road 531 feet to and along
Palmer Avenue 419 feet to connect with the county severer. Further,
that it would be agreed that all the taxes on the property be raid
before operations are started, and that the d?ainage problem would
have to be taken care of by the owners.
Mr. Gilleran of the office of Clark, Gagliardi, Cunningham
and Bailey, attorneys for Mr. Petigor, agreed to this arrangement .
The Towr_ Clerk was requested by the Board to send a letter
to the Mamaroneck Historical Society to ask them to submit eight or
ten names which may be used for the purpose of naming new streets
in the unincorporated area.
The Supervisor opened the discussion in connection with
the parking space at the railroad station. He said that he wanted
to determine the amount of space to be used for parking at the
Larchmont station,
On motion by Councilman Bates, seconded by Councilman
Mandeville, 4 t was unanimously
RESOLVED, that all of the present parking space
be used for this purpose .
At 4:45 P. Y. the Board unanimously resolved to adjourn.
