SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD
TOWH OF MAMARONECK, N. Y.
HELD JUNE 35 1937
At the Town Offices, 158 'Vest Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck, N. Y.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor McCulloch
at 1: 30 P. M. (12: 30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time) .
Present: Supervisor McCulloch
Councilmen Bates, Brennan, Griffin, Fieginniss
Absent: None
The presence was also noted of Town Clerk Marvin, Town
Attorney Delius and Comptroller Luceno .
The Supervisor stated that the meeting was tailed pursuant
to notice duly given to receive bids for 4216,000 Town of Mamaroneck
bonds.
The Town Clerk presented an affidavit of publication in
The Daily Times of the notice of sale as required by law. The
affidavit was ordered filed.
The Supervisor directed the Town Clerk to open the bids
which he had received.
The Town Clerk opened the bids which showed as follows:

NO. Ueginniss moved the adoption of the following resolution
and Hr. Brennan seconded the motion.
RESOLVED, that bonds aggregating 0216, 000.
offered for sale shall bear interest at the
rate of three and one-quarter per centum
and are hereby awarded to Halsey, Stuart & Co. ,
Inc. at the price bid of 4216, 403. 92. In
addition to the said purchase price the said
purchasers shall pay aocured interest at the
rate borne by the bonds from the date of the
bonds to the date of payment of the purchase
price.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officials
of the Town of Mamaroneck are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said bonds and to deliver
them to the said purchasers upon receipt of
payment in accordance with this resolution.

Nays: None
On motion duly made and seconded, the Clerk was unanimously
directed to return to the unsuccessful bidders their bid checks.
