The meeting 7as called to order by Supervisor TWullochi at S:20 P. M. The Board at once went into executive session. Mr. Burton 0. heignsn, Yr. , representing the '_state of T. Joo , deceased, and two representatives of the Larchmont Casino lnco , lessors of property owned by said estate , addressed the Board to request permission to construct a frame building on the Red Lion inn property owned by the estate , known as Section 4, Ilock 412, said permission to be in accordance with the revisions of Section 7, Article 2 of the Zoning Ordinance. Upon vDticr made by Hr. GTiffin , seconded by hr. Brennan it was unanTMOUSDT RESOLVED, that in accordance with the provisions of Section ? . z,rticle 2 of the 'on Ling Ordinance of the unincorporated part of the Tone of Tamaro- neck, permission is hereby granted to the estate of Lfa Wood, deceased, to erect a frame build- ing on its property known as Section 4, Bloch 41n, as shown on plans filed in the office of the Wilding Inspector, on the following terms and conditions . ( 1) That the plans for said building comply - ith the Building 3ode of the Town of Mamaroneck and are approved by the Wilding lnsjector , ( 2 ) That said building be located not less than W feet from tha face of the curb on the Boston Post Road, ( 3 ) That no part of the sileTalk area in front of this property he used by the owner and/or his tenant for business purposes,- ( 4) That the business be conducted in a proper ard orderly manner. Gamble , former Town Counsel, for services rendered during .,h! years 1923, 1029 , 1930 and 1931®. He sub- mitted a ^e Colt dated E07 28, 105, recommending "thPt the claim of Yr. Gcoble is To-n Counsel for the year 1928 amounting to $2, 500 be paid githout further delay, snd inasmuch so there is no provision far this in the 1✓35 budget that the payment to chnTged against monies re- alized from the collection of delinquent ta=as". Upon motion by Lair® Heginniss, seconded by Mr. Griffin, it was upon roll call unanimously RESCIVFD, that on the recommendation of the special committee heretofore ampointed to report on this matter this Bo` rd do and it hereby does eDgrove for payment the claim of Ralph A. Gambic as Toni'.. Co---msel for the year 1928 in the amount of 12, 500; and be it FURTHIOR RUS01,17D, that this sum be charged against monies realized from the colicction of delinquent taxes , there being no specific ap2rcoriotion therefor in the 1935 budget.
