– The meeting eras called to order by Supervisor McCulloch
at 11:25 A. 1I.
Present : Supervisor I"cCulloch
Councilmen Bates, Brennan, Griffin, I+Ieginniss
The presence was also noted of Totivm Clerk Iiarvin and Toirm
Attorney. Delius.
The Board continued its consideration of the proposed
budget estimates for 1935 and gave special attention to the reoornmendatiom
concerning these proposed estimates which were submitted at the meeting
held i?ovember 30 , 1934.
A letter dated November 23 , 1934, was received from the
Larchmont Gardens Association recommending that a bond issue be sold
to carry out the proposed improvements to the Larchmont Gardens Lake.
The letter was ordered filed.
A letter dated November 22, 19349 was received from Village
I:.Taaager R. J. Whitney of the Village of TiIama-roneck urging the Tovm Board
to appropriate the sum of X13 ,000 as its share of the cost of the im-
movement of sariaroneck Harbor. The letter was ordered filed.

On motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously
RESOLVED, that the Annual Estimate or Tax Budget of the
Totem of 11amaroneck as prepared by this Board for the
year 1935 be and it hereby is approved; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said original Estimate or Budget
be filed in the office of the Tomn Clerk where it will
be available for inspection by any interested persons
at all reasonable hours ; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Hearing thereon as
required by Section 113 of the Tovm Law be held by
and before this Tovm Board Friday, December 149 1934,
at 8:00 P.. 13. in the auditorium of the Senior High
School on Palmer Avenue , Mamaroneck; and be it
FURTHER I;i'SOLVED that the Town Clerk give notice of
said Public Hearing as -required by Section 113 of the
Tovm Law in The Daily Times, a nevrspaper published in
the Tovm. of I:T_amaroneck, •,vrhich is hereby designated the
official newspaper for the purpose of this publication
in its issues of December 4 and December 11; and be it
PURTT1 R RESOLVED that the Comptroller have prepared
one hundred and fifty copies of said Annual estimate
or Tax Budget for the use of the public.
The Clerk advised the Board that in com-oliance vrith the
provisions of Section 108 of the Agriculture and Markets Law it is
the duty of the Board to appoint in the month of December a Dog-
Enumerator whose duty it would be to prepare a list of all owners
or harborers of do.-s in the Tovrn of Hamaroneck in the month of
January, 1935.

RESOLVED that ,Tohn Co. Forrar of 10 -Wild-wood Road,
Larchmont, be and he hereby is ayppointed Dog Enumera-
tor of the Town of Hamaroneck for the year 1935®
At 12 ;30 P. Sf. the Board. unanimously 'resolved to adjourn
subject to the call of the chair.
