TOWN OF MAIiAROMPOK, N. Y.
held February 29th, 1932.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 8:45 P. M.
Present: Supervisor Eurton
Justices tsoyd, Leeds, Messersmith and Burbank
Deputy Town Clerk Jacobs
The presence was also noted of Special Counselor Tsser.
A communication dated February 27th was received from
Robert F. Stevens, Chairman of the Board ofSewerCommissioners of
Sewer District No. 1 of the Town of Mamaroneck requesting the issuance
of d certificate of° certificates of indebtedness in the total amount of
$2,839.67 as the towns share of the cost of constructing a sanitary
sewer line from a point in Vine Place to Forest Avenue, through the
Tansey easement. The communication was ordered referred back to the
Sewer Commission.
Special Counselor F'sser reported on the situation in the
office of the Receiver of Taxes.
After discussion, it was upon motion by Justice Messersmith8
seconded by Justice Burbank, unanimously
RESOLVED, that Special counselor isser be directed
to gather further evidence and information concerning
the situation in the Office of the Receiver of Taxes
and to present same to this Board as soon as possible.
At 12 o"clock the Board unanimously resolved to adjourn until
9 A. M. Rarch let to take up such business as might properly come
before the Board.
