A regular meeting of the Coastal Zone Management Commission (CZMC) was held on October
25, 2010 in the Mamaroneck Town Center, Conference Room C, 1st Floor, 740 W. Boston Post
Road, Mamaroneck, New York. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m.

1. Approval of Minutes
The Minutes of the September 28, 2010 meeting were approved as submitted.
2. Referrals:
a. Subdivision Approval - New Single Family Lot— 19 Avon Road, Block 208, Lot 73
Referred by the Town of Mamaroneck Planning Board
Anthony Oliveri, the consulting engineer for the Town of Mamaroneck, distributed a
memo of his review and comments on the 9 Avon Road Subdivision. In summary, his
memo stated that of the two alternatives proposed, he was in favor of the option that
excluded rain gardens. Based on his review of the applicant's stormwater analysis, the
proposal would have no negative impact on the existing stormwater conditions at the
site or downstream.
CZMC found the proposal to be consistent with the policies found in the LWRP.

3. Old Business
CZMC reviewed a list of possible consistency training dates and selected November 29th
as the best option. It may be possible to reschedule the next meeting to this date.
4. New Business
No new business to discuss.
The next scheduled CZMC meeting is tentatively scheduled for MONDAY, November 29,
2010 at the Mamaroneck Town Center, 740 W. Boston Post Road, 1st Floor Conference
