May 23, 2011
A regular meeting of the Coastal Zone Management Commission (CZMC) was held on May 23,
2011 in the Mamaroneck Town Center, Conference Room D, 1st Floor, 740 W. Boston Post
Road, Mamaroneck, New York. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m.

1. Approval of Minutes
The Minutes of the April 25, 2011 meeting were approved as submitted.
2. Referral—616 Fifth Avenue, Block 132, Lotl —Site Plan Approval—Dealership
Parking Area, Referred by the Town of Mamaroneck Planning Board
CZMC found the proposed action to be consistent with the LWRP.
3. Town of Mamaroneck Phase II Annual Report
Elizabeth Paul, Environmental Planner for the Town of Mamaroneck presented the Phase
II Stormwater Annual report. Any comments should be sent to her for inclusion in the
final report.
4. LWRP Review and Discussion
Electronic copies of the LWRP have been distributed to CZMC members and will be
discussed at the next meeting.

No old business to discuss.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
The next scheduled CZMC meeting will be held on MONDAY, June 27, 2011 at the
Mamaroneck Town Center, 740 W. Boston Post Road, 1st Floor Conference Room D.
