1. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the June 19, 2017 meeting were approved as submitted.
2. Referral—82 Murray Avenue—Construction of New Single-Family Home
Stephen Anderson, the consulting engineer for the project, presented the proposal to build
a new single-family home. The project will include a stormwater detention system with a
water quality treatment basin. Six trees are proposed to be removed by the builder for the
construction of the house and relocation of the driveway. In addition, Elizabeth Paul
recommended that a 26-inch diameter maple, located on the corner of Edgewood Avenue
and Murray Avenue be removed due to its poor condition. The builder has agreed to
plant 7 replacement trees (including 3 street trees) as shown on the landscape plan.
CZMC found the proposed action to be consistent with the policies in the LWRP. CZMC
suggested that a man-way access be included on the stormwater detention structure to
facilitate the inspection and maintenance of the system.
3. LWRP Update
Elizabeth Paul reported that the draft of the LWRP will be presented to the Town Board
at their work session on August 23rd. She prepared an Executive Summary explaining the

and the new LWRP. A copy will be sent to Justin Datino, the Larchmont Village
Manager, for his review and then will be given to the Village Board of Trustees for
consideration.
