1. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the May 27, 2015 meeting were approved as submitted.
2. Referral—Lorenzen Park Improvement Project, Consistency review, Referred by
the Village of Larchmont Board of Trustees
CZMC found the proposal to construct two new playing fields with underdrain systems, a
parking area, and other site improvements to be consistent with the polices in the LWRP.
As proposed, a no-mow zone has been established to protect the premium river and the
plans have included a stormwater treatment system.
3. LWRP Discussion with Consultant, Charles McCaffrey
CZMC members requested that Charles McCaffrey submit materials one week in
advance of the meetings so CZMC members have the opportunity to review before the
meeting.

4. Old Business
Bonnie Briar is in the process of installing its irrigation system. Unfortunately, the
location they chose for withdrawing water has major water mains present. They are
forced to move the site into the area restored by Westchester County. The golf club
agreed to restore the banks of the river with native plantings when the project is
completed.
5. New Business
No new business to discuss.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
