Approval of Minutes The minutes of the February 4 and March 28,2016 meetings were approved as submitted. 2. Referral—10 E.Brookside Drive The applicant's engineer and architect presented the proposal to raise and expand the single-family home within the wetland buffer zone. As proposed, the project will raise the existing house above the base flood elevation, reduce impervious surface and provide detention and treatment of stormwater runoff. Because the proposed action will not increase flooding, cause soil erosion or negatively impact the wetlands buffer zone,CZMC found the proposal to be consistent with polices in the LWRP. 3.
