April 27,2015
A regular meeting of the Coastal Zone Management Commission(CZMC)was held on April 27,2015 in the
Mamaroneck Town Center,Conference Room D, 1st Floor,740 W.Boston Post Road,Mamaroneck,New York.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

1. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the March 25,2015 meeting were approved as amended.
2. LWRP Discussion
Charles McCaffrey and Paul Houlihan were in attendance to work on policies pertaining to Solid and
Hazardous Wastes,Energy, and Air Quality. The Coastal Erosion Hazard Area Maps were reviewed and
discussed. At the next meeting CZMC is scheduled to focus on water quality issues.
CZMC members also discussed the format of the document and questioned whether the LWRP has to
follow policy format of the Long Island Sound Coastal Management Program,or if we could retain our
existing format. Elizabeth Paul agreed to contact the New York State Dept.of State to clarify if we have to
do the update and if we have to follow the new policy format.
