Approval of Minutes The minutes of the March 25, 2019 meeting were approved as submitted. 2. Referral—7 Bay Avenue On April 24, 2017, CZMC reviewed the proposal for the construction of a pool at 7 Bay Avenue. At tonight's meeting, Michael Stein, the engineer for the project presented a modified proposal for the demolition of the existing house and the construction of a new house. While working on renovations to the house, it was discovered that the house was in such poor condition that demolition of the structure is warranted. The new house will be centered on the lot, will be slightly larger, and will have a terrace, a pool and a pool deck in the rear. The driveway area will be reduced by approximately 1,850 square feet from what is existing. Storniwater from the site will be collected and treated in a 1,236 square foot rain garden before overflowing to the Long Island Sound. CZMC found the proposal to be consistent with the policies in the LWRP. As designed, the proposal includes the use of a rain garden for collection and treatment of storniwater runoff from the property. 3. Old Business No old business to discuss. 4. New Business No new business to discuss. The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
