A meeting of the Coastal Zone Management Commission(CZMC)was held on Monday, March 28, 2016
in the Mamaroneck Town Center, Conference Room D, 1st Floor, 740 W. Boston Post Road,
Mamaroneck,New York. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

1. Approval of Minutes
A draft of the minutes for the February 4th meeting will be completed for the May 2nd meeting.
2. LWRP Discussion with Consultant, Charles McCaffrey
Consultant, Charles McCaffrey attended the meeting to continue our work on the Draft LWRP.
Formatted versions of Section II—The Developed Coast, Section IV—The Public Coast and
Section VI—Consistency, were reviewed. Additional sections will be completed by April 18th for
discussion at the May 2nd meeting.
3. Old Business
No old business to discuss.
4. New Business
The New York State Department of State Division of Coastal Resources is in the process of
evaluating the effectiveness of our Coastal Management Program. They asked us to complete a
survey,participate in a conference call to review the survey, and are planning a field trip on April
6th to see the Town of Mamaroneck and Village of Larchmont. Elizabeth Paul will provide an
update on the review at the May meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
