CZMC Minutes
December 14, 2015
A regular meeting of the Coastal Zone Management Commission (CZMC) was held on
December 14, 2015 in the Mamaroneck Town Center, Conference Room D, 1st Floor, 740 W.
Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck, New York. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

1. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the October 26, 2015 meeting were approved as submitted.
2. LWRP Discussion with Consultant, Charles McCaffrey
Charles McCaffrey attended the meeting to work with CZMC on the LWRP. Members
reviewed the Table of Contents and the sections on Water Quality and Consistency. A
discussion was held on the Town's proposed residential site plan law, stormwater
management performance measures that can be used to measure our success, and the next
sections we will be reviewing. At the January meeting, CZMC will discuss the section
on Flooding, Erosion and Sea Level Rise.
