Boston Post Road, Mamaroneck, New York. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. MEMBERS PRESENT: Marc Godick, Co-Chair Tara Anderson Howard McMichael Matthew Teitsch Bill Zelenka REGRETS: C. Alan Mason, Co-Chair Rita Murray OTHERS PRESENT: Elizabeth Paul, Environmental Planner, Town of Mamaroneck Abby Katz, Liaison, Town of Mamaroneck Kenneth Stier, 50 Country Road Annette Stier, 50 Country Road Benedict Salanitro, Civil Engineer, 446 Weaver Street Christopher Case, Owner, 446 Weaver Street Gregg DeAngelis, Architect, 446 Weaver Street 1. Referrals: a. WFGC, 851 Fenimore Road—Wetlands and Watercourses Permit Application for 2 East Fairway Staging Area —Referred by the Town of Mamaroneck Planning Board This application has been adjourned until further notice. Winged Foot is before the Town Court to address a summons for violating the Wetlands and Tree ordinances. The restoration and remediation of this action will be addressed by the Court. Kenneth and Annette Stier of 50 Country Road attended tonight's meeting to inquire about the timing of the dredging of their pond. Winged Foot has agreed to dredge their pond as a part of the remediation of the violation. They told CZMC that the dredging company has conducted sediment tests and are awaiting the results. The Page 1 of 2 dredging of the pond will require a Wetlands and Watercourses Permit and it is unlikely that the dredging will be completed this year. b. 446 Weaver Street—Wetlands and Watercourses Permit Application for the construction of a new single family house—Referred by the Town of Mamaroneck Planning Board Benedict Salanitro and Gregg DeAngelis presented plans to demolish the existing home and garage and construct a new single family home. As proposed there will be a net decrease in the amount of impervious surface on the property. In addition, a series of 8 infiltrators will be installed in the rear yard to capture runoff from up to a 25 year storm with no proposed overflow. The new house will not have a basement and will meet all FEMA requirements. CZMC found the proposed action to be consistent with the policies in the LWRP. 2. LWRP Discussion Charles McCaffrey will be unavailable until the middle of October. No new materials are available at this time. If necessary, a work session will be scheduled. 3.
