1. Approval of Minutes
The Minutes of the June 25, 2012 meeting were approved as submitted.
2. Subdivision Approval—Andrew Saines, 4-lot residential subdivision, 1 Durham
Road—Referred by the Town of Mamaroneck Planning Board
Discussion of the proposed project continued. William Lachenauer, the project engineer,
presented the results of the investigation of the drainage system that runs north along the
side of Fenimore Road. The line was found to be clear up to where it crosses Fenimore
Road. At that segment, stones were found in the pipe. This will be cleaned by the Town.
The capacity of this pipe was found to be sufficient to carry the overflow from the
detention pond.

Maintenance of the detention ponds was discussed. The applicant is still working out the
details of who would be responsible for maintenance. It would possibly be a
homeowner's association but they are still working out the details.
Residents from 4 Durham Road and 14 York Road attended the meeting and expressed
their concerns about the proposal. Their concerns include tree removal, soil erosion,
construction impacts and flooding. The applicant and his consultants were asked to look
into these potential impacts in cooperation with the Town's consulting engineer.
3. Town of Mamaroneck/Village of Larchmont LWRP Review and Discussion
Hiring a consultant to help with rewriting the LWRP is expected to be a big expense.
Other municipalities have spent between $40,000 and $55,000 on consulting fees. Grant
funds will be needed to complete this task.
4. Old Business
No old business to discuss.
5. New Business
No new business to discuss.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
