1. Minutes
The minutes were not discussed.
2. ELMCROFT ESTATES Continued Public Hearing
Fred Koelsh applicant's attorney appeared and addressed the Board. Mr. Koelsh stated
that Eric Abrahms started the project several years earlier, and that they were finalizing
the easements.
Marc Rosenbaum stated that the Board could not vote on the signing of the Plat because
they did not receive the easements information until just before the meeting.
The Board and Mr. Koelsh discussed the easement agreements. Mr. Koelsh stated that
easement# 1 would be broken into 3 parts, (lot 3, lot 4, and Winged foot).
The Board asked to have all the information sent directly to Kevin Ryan for his review.
Kevin Ryan asked that all information sent to him should also be sent to Ron Carpaneto
and the Planning Secretary.
John Lyons of 2 Bruce Road addressed the Board saying he hoped the Board could
expedite the matter because the area under construction is causing flooding problems on
his and the Kaye's property.
Eric Abrahms of Deer Hollow Estates stated that construction was held up 18 months
awaiting Westchester County Department of Health approval of the sewer system. All
easements are at or near completion except Con Ed's. Con Ed requires that all easements
and the final Plat be filed with the county before they will do any work on the gas and
electric hookup, therefore the work on the road ways can not be completed until the
Board approves the easements and signs the Plat.
The Board adjourned the matter to the September 11, 2007 (Tuesday) meeting
ADJOURNMENT
On Motion of John Ortiz, seconded by Edmund Papazian the meeting was unanimously
adjourned.
