1. Minutes
The minutes March 14, 2007; April 11, 2007; May 9, 2007 were not discussed.
2. 12 Wildwood Circle Block 507, Lot 66
Billie Cohen applicant's Landscape designer appeared and addressed the Board.
The Board discussed the application and stated that the application could not be voted on
as it was not properly noticed.
Anthony Oliveri stated that if the disturbance to the buffer area is less than 10% the
applicant would not need a Wetlands permit. It was suggested that Ms. Cohen meet with
Mr. Oliveri to try to adjust the project to less than 10%, submit an erosion control plan
for a silt fence to expedite the matter.
The matter was adjourned to July 11, 2007 for a Public Hearing.
3. New Business
Marc Rosenbaum stated that he was informed that this is most likely the last meeting that
Counsel Judith Gallent will be attending. Mr. Rosenbaum thanked her for her 13 years
of service, and all members of the Board stated that they were sorry to see her go.
3. Adjournment:
Upon motion made by John Ortiz, seconded by Virginia Picciotto; and unanimously
approved 5-0 the meeting was closed at 8:17PM.
