At a special meeting of the Town of Mamaroenck(TOM) Board of Ethics (BOE), on Septmeber 19, 1996, in the
Semior Center, Mamaroneck Town Center, meeting called to order by Chair. at 8:00 P.M.

The minutes of Novemeber 16, 1996 were approved.
Reports:
none
ISSUE:
This meeting was called to approve of the Board's advisory opinion in the matter in issue at the previous
meeting, i.e. Zoning Board member's involvement in an application for a variance affecting that member's
property.
The questions asked of Town Attorney were answered and the Chairwomen asked that we formulate and approve an
opinion.
Martin Ronan will draft and deliver advisory opinion as discussed.
