December 10, 2001
At a special meeting of the Town of Mamaroneck Board of Ethics (BOE) , held in
executive session on December 10, 2001 in the Courtroom, Mamaroneck Town
Center, called to order by the Chairwomen at 8:00 P.M.
Present:
Anna Reisman Edwin Kaufman
Robert Degen Martin Ronan, Chairman
Carol Scharf
Absent: none
The minutes of the August 2000 meeting were NOT READ ()
Reports/ Communications:
Chairman repeated the purpose of the meeting, and spoke about the
disclosure statements.
Chairman circulated 45 disclosure statements.
Former chairwoman Anna Reisman announced her resignation from the BOE
effective at the end of her term (12/01) .
Agenda / Goals:
1. BOE reviewed the 2001 disclosure statements. 44 reviewed by all
members. One statement unsigned. Four were not returned.
Discussion followed. BOE unanimous in finding no
conflict/appearance of conflict in any statement. Chairman to
file report with Supervisor.
2. Chairman will try to get the five outstanding statements.
Chairman will try to schedule next meeting for late or early
February 2002.
3. Chairman and members thanked Anna Reisman for her many years of
service on the BOE.
The meeting adjourned at 8:44 PM.
