The members of the Board_, having discussed the iprelfminary budget, page
by page, prepared. the following itemized statemert of the estimated
revenues and expenditures of the Tow-T- for the fiscal year commencing
January 1, 1953, which statement is known as the Annual EStimate:

On motion by Councilman McKeever, seconded by Councilman Waterman, it
was, upon roll call, unanimously
RESOLVED that the foregoing Preliminary Estinate or
Tax Budget of the Tom of .Mamaroneck as prepared by
this Board for the year 1953, be and it hereby is
approved, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the said original estivate or
budget be filed in the office of the Tom Clerk where
it will be available for inspection by any interested
persons at all reasonable hours, and be it
FURTriER RESOLVED that the Public fearing thereon as
required by Section 113 of the Town Law, be held by and
before this Town Board on Tuesday, December 2nd, 1952,
at 8: 15 P . M. , in the Council Room of the iTeaver Street
Fire House, Town of Mamaroneck.
On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously
RESOLVED that the Town Clerk give notice of said Public
Hearing as required by Section 113 of the Town Law in
'!The Daily Times", the official newspaper published in
the Town of Mamaroneck, in its issues of November 21st
and 28th, 1952
The Supervisor reported that lie had. discussed with Councilman McKeever,
the possibility of waterproofing the pump pit in connection with the
Feni--more Road Sewer job and after consideration of the matter, they had
authorized Mr. Foote, the project' s engineer, to instruct Croye Con-
struction Co. to seal the entire floor of the structure and exterior
walls and roof in the total price of $860. He said this is authorized
by Section 46 of the Instructions to Bidders which forms part of the
Contract.
The Supervisor brought to the attention of the Board, the matter of the
opening of the Pryer Manor Bridge and asked them to give some thought
to this for the coming year. He informed them that an item of $3, 500
appears in the 1953 Budget for this project.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, it adjourned
at 8:45 P . M. to meet again on November 19th.
