CALL TO ORDER The Supervisor called the meeting to order at 8:15 p. m. Fireman EXPIRATION OF LEASE STATION PARKING LOTS The Supervisor called to the Board's attention the expiration of the lease with the County for the station parking lots on February 29, 1964, advising that he had talked with Commissioner Pound in the County who requested the Board to direct him to write to Mr. George J. Henf, Property Manager, requesting the County to ex- tend its lease for said property under the same terms and condi- tions as the prior lease if this were the pleasure of the Board. Whereupon, on motion by Councilwoman Helwig, seconded by Councilman Quadrine, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be and he hereby is au- thorized and directed to request the County to extend its lease with the Town of Mamaroneck for certain vacant property in the vicinity of the Larchmont Railroad Sta- tion as shown on Sheet 9, Pelham-Port Chester Park- way, under the same terms and conditions as the prior lease was drawn. AUTHORIZATION OF EXPENSES POLICE DEPARTMENT Pursuant to requests of Police Chief Yerick herewith presented and filed for the record, on motion by Councilman Brush, seconded by Councilman Kane, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that this Board hereby authorizes the follow- ing expenditures to be paid from the proper item in the 1964 Police Department budget: To Detective Sergeant Lovely for attending advanced fin- gerprint school at the County Jail, February 24 - 28, - - 1964, not to exceed the sum of $15. 00 to cover the cost of lunches and transportation; To five (5) Officers of the Police Department for at- tending a Police Administration School at the Chrysler Training Center in Rye, March 17 - 19, 1964, not to exceed the total sum of $35. 00 for expenses; -3- To Sergeant Mancusi for attending traffic school at the Westchester Community College the week of March 9 - 13, 1964, not to exceed the sum of $10. 00 to cover the cost of meals and transportation. PRESENTATION - ANNUAL REPORT OF THE SUPERVISOR The Clerk presented the Annual Report of the Supervisor for the Year Ended December 31, 1963, together with the Annual Report of Notices of Tort Claims for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 1963, which were herewith ordered received and filed for the record.
