Both Mr. Burchell and Mr. Brush have given long serivice to the Town and the Town has benefited from their devotion. They have done the hard and often thankless work that Town government de- mands and they have certainly done their best to meet the increasing problems of local government. I do hope they will continue to expend their ener- gies in the community and public service. I might also add that both of these men have been formidable opponents in political campaigns, but, our campaigns have always been honorable, fair and to the point. The Town Democratic Committee joins me in sending Best Wishes to them for a Merry Christ- mas and many Happy New Years in the future.
