Notice of Meeting
Pursuant to Section 62 of the Town Law,
I hereby call a special meeting of the
Town Board of the Town of Mamaroneck,
to be held in the Office of the Supervisor
at the Town Offices, 158 West Boston
Post Road, Village of Mamaroneck, at
5:30 p.m. , Friday, April 28, 1967, for
the purpose of authorizing a correction
of the 1966-1967 Assessment Roll and
to consider any other business as may
come before the Board.

TOWN OF MAMARONECK, HELD APRIL 28, 1967 IN THE OFFICE
OF THE SUPERVISOR, TOWN OF MAMARONECK OFFICES, 158
WEST BOSTON POST ROAD, MAMARONECK, NEW YORK.
CALL TO ORDER
The Supervisor called the meeting to order at 5:30 p. m.
in accordance with the Notice of Meeting and Waiver of
Notice hereto appended for the record.

Councilwoman Helwig
Councilman Faiola
Absent: Councilman Quadrine
Councilman Chalif

1. CORRECTION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
Pursuant to memorandum addressed to the Board by the
Assessor under today's date herewith presented by the
Supervisor and ordered received and filed for the record,
on motion by Councilwoman Helwig, seconded by Councilman
Faiola, it was unanimously
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Supreme Court order
dated February 27, 1967 this Board authorizes
that the Assessment Rol-1 of the Town of Mamaro-
neck for the year 1966-1967 be corrected as
follows due to the settlement of Certiorari on
Block 945 Parcel 98 in the name of Saul Z. Cohen
and W:

2. ENGAGEMENT OF EXPERT APPRAISER
Pursuant to memorandum addressed to the Board by the
Assessor under today's date and herewith presented by
the Supervisor and ordered received and filed for the

record, on motion by Councilman Faiola, seconded by
Councilwoman Helwig, it was unanimously
RESOLVED, that this Board hereby authorizes
the Assessor to engage Emile Rellstab of 76
North Avenue, New Rochelle, New York, Expert
Real Estate Appraiser, to appraise 1299
Palmer Avenue, Larchmont, in connection with
the certiorari proceedings thereon at a fee
not to exceed the sum of $1,500.00.
3. ENGAGEMENT OF WILLIAM KIRTLAND, JR.
Pursuant to requests of the Receiver of Taxes and the
Assessor for the services of an Intermediate Account
Clerk until May 31, 1967, on motion by Councilwoman
Helwig, seconded by Councilman Faiola, it was unani-
mously
RESOLVED, that this Board hereby authorizes
the engagement of William Kirtland, Jr.,
Intermediate Account Clerk, for the period
from April 30 to May 31, 1967, for services
in the offices of the Receiver of Taxes and
Town Assessor and to be compensated at the
rate of $2.50 per hour.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board,
on motion duly made and seconded it was declared adjourn-
ed at 5:45 p. m.
